Taiwan’s First Government-Led International Exhibition Platform for Industrial Assembly & Smart Logistics

This exhibition marks the first government-led initiative in Taiwan to integrate resources with an international professional exhibition organizer, positioning “Industrial Assembly” and “Smart Logistics” as its core themes to establish a comprehensive professional exhibition platform covering smart assembly engineering, smart logistics and cold chain systems, as well as smart manufacturing and integrated supply chain solutions.

The exhibition will focus on the upgrading needs of the manufacturing industry in automation, smart logistics, and supply chain integration. Featured exhibits will include automated assembly equipment, robotic applications, machine vision and inspection systems, smart warehousing and material handling equipment, cold chain logistics technologies, as well as MES, WMS, and other manufacturing and logistics information integration solutions. By connecting the complete industrial chain — from component manufacturing, production assembly, and in-plant/outbound logistics to overall supply chain management — the exhibition will serve as a cross-industry platform for technology exchange and business matchmaking.

In alignment with the Greater Tainan industrial development blueprint, the exhibition also aims to foster the localized development of the MICE industry, with its value reflected in two key directions. First, in driving local industrial transformation and upgrading, Tainan, as one of Taiwan’s major hubs for metalworking, electromechanical, and manufacturing industries, is currently facing labor shortages and industrial upgrading challenges. Through the introduction of automation equipment, robotics, smart logistics, and cold chain technologies, the exhibition will help enterprises evolve from standalone equipment applications toward fully integrated production line and logistics solutions. Through concentrated product showcases, technical exchanges, and on-site matchmaking mechanisms, the exhibition will also reduce the cost and evaluation barriers for enterprises adopting new technologies, while connecting equipment suppliers, system integrators, and end-user manufacturers to accelerate cross-industry technology integration and supply chain collaboration. This will further position Tainan as a key hub for smart manufacturing and industrial upgrading in Southern Taiwan.

Second, in enhancing international supply chain competitiveness, the exhibition will facilitate the participation of international exhibitors, invite overseas buyers, and organize business matchmaking programs to help Taiwanese companies stay connected with global smart manufacturing and logistics technology trends. In response to ongoing global supply chain restructuring, the exhibition will also support Taiwanese manufacturers in building direct connections with international procurement channels, expanding overseas market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Furthermore, by establishing a professional exhibition platform with international scale and industry influence, the exhibition will strengthen Taiwan’s industrial positioning and global visibility in the fields of industrial assembly and smart logistics integration, while further enhancing Tainan’s potential as an international city for professional exhibitions and smart manufacturing exchange.
